Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the creation of a business plan for the establishment of a workshop for the renovation of motorcycles. The aim is to verify the overall feasibility and to assess the business plan from an economic point of view. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with the interpretation of information on basic concepts related to the business plan issue and is based mainly on the professional literature. In the second part of the thesis, the business plan itself for a specific enterprise is developed using this theoretical knowledge. The work uses methods for the analysis of the external environment and the internal environment of the enterprise, namely PEST analysis, Porter's analysis of five competing forces and SWOT analysis. It also includes a description of the enterprise, a personnel plan, a technology part, a marketing plan, a financial plan and a risk analysis. The main finding is that the business plan is feasible and if the enterprise had enough customers it would also become profitable.
