Zpracování podnikatelského plánu pro poradenskou firmu

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na tvorbu podnikatelského plánu pro firmu zabývající se odborným výživovým poradenstvím pro osoby s autoimunitním onemocněním. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část, přičemž teoretická část slouží jako podklad pro tu praktickou. Teoretická část definuje základní pojmy z oblasti podnikání. Dále se zabývá jednotlivými částmi podnikatelského plánu. Praktická část se věnuje analýze podnikatelského prostředí a vytvoření samotného podnikatelského plánu. Při analýze prostředí je využito Porterovy analýzy pěti sil a PEST analýzy. Podnikatelský plán zahrnuje představení podniku, marketingový mix, organizační a personální plán a finanční plán. Shrnutí práce je provedeno pomocí SWOT analýzy.

The bachelor thesis focuses on the creation of a business plan for a company providing professional nutritional counseling for people with autoimmune diseases. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part, with the theoretical part serving as a basis for the practical part. The theoretical part defines basic concepts from the field of business. It also contain individual parts of the business plan. The practical part is devoted to the analysis of the business environment and the creation of the business plan itself. When analyzing the environment, Porter's five forces analysis and PEST analysis are used. A business plan includes an introduction to the business, a marketing mix, an organizational and personnel plan, and a financial plan. The summary of the work is done using a SWOT analysis.
