Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the activities of the salary employees in the production company Weppler Czech s.r.o. The aim of this thesis is to propose measures to increase the efficiency of salary employees in the field of maintenance. The theoretical part characterizes the concept of work efficiency and defines the basic concepts of the given field. The methods that have been used in the practical part of the bachelor thesis are specified. The practical part describes the analysis of the current state of the working environment and of the working system of same here in the maintenance section in the form of work sampling of the working day. The evaluation shows the description of the salary employees system and the identification of counterproductive activities, including suggestions for their elimination.
