Abstract

The subject of the resolution of the Bachelor thesis is the process of drawing up business plans. In the first chapter are in chronological order described different types of business plans. In the second chapter, the thesis discusses the operational business plans, focusing on the operational plans for sales, production and purchasing. This chapter also describes tools for operational planning, dedicated exclusively to financial data and corporate finances. The third part of the work is focused on a proposal from the process of compiling the individual business plans with your own contribution to addressing this issue. At the end of the Bachelor thesis evaluated the issue of the process of drawing up business plans.
