Abstract

The diploma thesis focuses on the analysis of municipal management in the field of waste management. The work used the method of financial analysis in selected municipalities and a comparison of their management in the field of waste management. For comparison, the parameters of income and costs of waste per capita in individual municipalities were used. In conclusion, there is a draft recommendation to municipalities to improve efficiency in the field of municipal waste management and to meet the requirements of the European Union.
