Abstract

Bachelor thesis „Quality Management in Food Production“ consists of theoretical resources of quality management which are quality, Standards ISO, HACCP, BRC Standard, IFS, Makro Standard, legislation concerning food quality and information about documents in quality management system, which describe its contribution, structure, creation and work with it. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to gather information about the areas mentioned above and to create a concept of reclamation manual based on the gathered data for particular company. Bachelor thesis also consists of additional suggestions and recommendations, which should improve the quality and protection of production in the company mentioned.
