Fungování státní sociální podpory na příkladu Úřadu práce v Ostravě

Abstract

The aim of this work is the operation of state social support on the example of the Labour Office in Ostrava. It describes the social security of the Czech Republic and mainly deals in detail with one of the pillars of state social support. Analyzes the development impact of the amendment to Act No. 117/1995 Coll. State social support benefits of the development and forthcoming changes in the social reforms begun this year. It deals with the functioning of the department of state social support in Ostrava and defines the problems facing it. In the current economic situation, it is mainly a problem of misuse of benefits that can be addressed not only to rigorous scrutiny, improved cooperation between institutions, as well as changes to legislation, which this abuse records. The second problem is totally unsuitable location of the departments that would be helpful to solve the various districts of the city, whose citizens use the services of state social support.
