Abstract
This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the production process in a selected engineering company. The first part of the bachelor thesis is focused on the theoretical side of the problém. In the pracical part, an analysis of the current state of the selected workplace was peformed and based on the information obtained from the analysis, proposals were made to streamline the production process in terms of time and money.
