Hypoteční úvěry a jejich porovnání u vybraných bank

Abstract

Bachelor thesis focuses on comparing mortgage credits, offered by selected commercial banks in the Czech republic. Thesis is divided into three main parts. First part introduces mortgage credit as one of banking products. It also describes mortgage banking regulations and procedure of concluding mortgage credit. Second part describes evolution of providing mortgage loans in the Czech republic. Third part is composed of description mortgage loans at particular banks: Hypoteční banka, ČSOB, and Equa bank and comparison of conditions for a mortgage loan. Then is composed of model example, on which are several mortgage credits of aforesaid banks compared.
