Legislativa, zdroje financování a analýza hospodaření organizací v oblasti sociálních služeb

Abstract

Cílem této práce je vyhodnotit, jaký druh organizace je nejlepší volbou pro zřizovatele organizace, která se bude zabývat sociálními službami. Dalším cílem je srovnání dvou typů právnických osob obecně prospěšné společnosti a příspěvkové organizace. Teoretická část je zaměřena na podmínky založení organizací, vedení účetnictví, povinnosti auditu. Praktická část obsahuje vertikální a horizontální analýzy rozvahy a výkazu zisku a ztráty, analýzu pomocí poměrových ukazatelů, SWOT analýzu a zdroje hospodaření dvou konkrétních organizací v letech 2010 - 2013.

The target of this work is evaluale what kind of organization is the best choice for founders of the organization which will deal with social services. The another target it to compare two types of legal entities of public service company and funded organization. The theoretical part is focused on conditions for the organization, book – keeping, audit duties. The practical part includes vertical and horizontal analysis of the balance sheet and profit and loss analysis using financial ratios, SWOT analysis and resource management of two specific organizations in the years 2010 – 2013.
