Systém měření výkonnosti v podniku veřejné správy

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to create a proposal for a performance measurement system for the Regional Veterinary and Food Administration in Čadca. After the analysis of the organization, a performance measurement system will be implemented through ATTIS software tool. Organizational structure, process models and goal based management system, in which measurement techniques and strategic goals of company are defined, will be established in software environment of ATTIS system. After the measurements are completed, employee files will be created and results will be evaluated.
