Abstract
This diploma thesis focuses on the design of a new kindergarten building with an emphasis on sustainability, energy efficiency and careful water management. The aim is to create a functional and healthy environment for preschool children, which also meets current requirements for modern and ecological building solutions. The first part of the thesis theoretically analyzes a bio solar roof, which combines the function of a vegetation layer and photovoltaic panels. The effect on the microclimate, rainwater retention and extension of the life of the roof structure is described. In the context of photovoltaics, the solution for generating electricity for the needs of the building is explained.
The second part is devoted to the construction design of the kindergarten, including drawing documentation, description of structures and material solutions. Since this is a specific operation, the emphasis is placed on the logical layout of the kindergarten operation, safety and comfort of users.
The third chapter deals with the design of the building's technical equipment. Underfloor heating is designed as part of the heating system and the source is an air-water heat pump. For the preparation of hot water, a hot water tank is used, supplemented by a heating cartridge powered by a photovoltaic power plant. In the part dedicated to water management, a system for accumulating and using rainwater for irrigation of vegetation areas is designed. Furthermore, the installation of an internal water supply and basic requirements for hygiene and operational safety are addressed. The calculation of the insolation of the game rooms in accordance with hygiene standards is also included.
Finally, an overview of the equipment calculations and an information poster are attached, which summarizes the main ideas of the design and presents the project in a simplified visual form.
