Projekt zdravotně technických instalací v rodinném domě včetně přípojek a likvidace dešťových vod

Abstract

This bachelor thesis focuses on the preparation of project documentation for the new construction of a family house in Karvina, which is designed with an emphasis on sustainable rainwater management. The first part of the project, designed for a family of four, addresses the architectural and civil engineering aspects of a two-story building without a basement, featuring a gabled roof. The subsequent second part consists of the design of sanitary installations, including the internal water supply and both sewage and rainwater drainage systems. A key element of the design is the integration of an accumulation tank for the secondary use of precipitation water (toilet flushing, laundry, irrigation, and cleaning) and the subsequent disposal of surplus water through an on-site infiltration system. The thesis is developed at the level of construction documentation.
