Analýza a řízení programovatelného zařízení pomocí PLC v kooperaci s robotem ABB

Abstract

The bachelor thesis is focused on the optimization of the existing production line for the internal equipment of passenger cars, where the implementation of automation was desirable to achieve higher productivity and to reduce scrap. In the theoretical part of my work I focused on specific hardware used as standard for plant automation. I concentrated on the basic explanation of the principles when using these components. In the practical part, I performed an analysis of the current state by collecting the necessary data, which was used to evaluate the effectiveness of automation implementation for the given line.
