Hodnocení citlivosti informací v krizovém řízení

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou, jak hodnotit citlivé informace vyskytující se v různých dokumentech a jiných materiálech, které se mohou nalézat v široké oblasti krizového řízení. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V té první je seznámení s nezbytnými pojmy z oblasti krizového řízení, je předestřena problematika citlivosti informací a je popsán současný způsob hodnocení. Dále je zde krátké porovnání se situací v zahraničí. V druhé části je navrhnuto řešení, které má pomoci zjednodušit a harmonizovat hodnocení citlivosti informací. Výsledkem by měl být návrh zásad, podle kterých by se hodnocení těchto informací provádělo.

In my thesis I have taken an interest in the problems that arise form assessing and appraising the sensitivity of information that appear in various documents and other written materials that you can find world wide under the theme of Critisis management. This thesis is divided into to parts. The first part introduces the essential concept s from the area of Critisis management and presents the problems with the procedures currently in place, associated with the evaluation of information sensitivity. Then, there will be short comparison with different situations in foreign countries. Part two will focus on proposed solutions which will help to simplify and harmonize the way sensitive information is assessed, the result should be a new methodology and how it could be implemented.
