Inteligentní kamerové senzory pro absolutní kontrolu kvality

Abstract

The thesis shows the position of vison sensors in the field of machine vision, companies operating in the Czech Republic, whose portfolio contains vision sensors. Vision sensors of individual companies are compared and two of them are selected for subsequent comparison using tasks that are typical for this issue. In this thesis are also introduced basic types of lighting for machine vision. There is shown setting of both selected vision sensors on three applications, and communication to show inspection status. The results are then processed and appropriately evaluated. With one type of vision sensor, two typical tasks that are implemented in the automotive industry are also shown here.
