Abstract
The aim of this bachelor thesis was the efficiency assessment of Banks in the Czech Republic and Slovakia in the years 2010 - 2014. The evaluation was performed according to the indicators of profitability, liquidity, financial stability, productivity, balance sheet structure and quality of bank assets. To evaluate three were selected the strongest balance sheets banks and three newer banks from the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
