Abstract
The subject of this thesis is the proposal of department store within project for implementation of the project. It is a three-storey building with a basement and two floors. The ground floors of retail space with its own facilities and in 2. NP is also designed housing unit for the operator. The structural system is designed as a bidirectional reinforced concrete skeleton, based on a reinforced concrete foundation footings. Roofing is made from wooden aisle roof trusses.
The thesis also includes a technical assessment of the perimeter thermal structures, Label of the building envelope and The energy performance of the building, evaluated according to national standard in ČSN 730540-2 (2011).
