Abstract

Thesis deals with the formation of base map of quarry for surfaced mining. It is divided into 4 parts. The first is about theoretical information of base map, especially geodetic methods used in focusing quarry. The next section provides basic information about the quarry in Snežnica. The third part of this paper discusses specific activities transferred in focusing quarry and expanding the frontiers of quarry extraction area and the final part there is a procedure for processing of measured data and creating a base map of quarry.
