Abstract

This thesis analyses issues and problems that companies using investment incentives granted by state to support manufacturing industry in CR have to deal with.In first part principles and scope of incentives grants are described generally. Next, investors that usually ask for grants and the type of investment incentives granted are referred to. Another part analyses issues regarding procedures and particular processing steps needed for receiving investment incentives. This part focuses on possible advantages, but expecially difficulties and risks. In another part the authorities that monitor and inspect fulfilling of above described conditions for granting incentives are listed. The final part of the thesis comprises of recommendations and practical advice coming from own experience and experience of financial departments administrators.
