Abstract

This bachelor´s thesis deals with liability for breach of the undertaking contractor and damage, and therefore in this work we will deal liability relationships among contractors. The aim is to analyze the issue of responsibility relations, to compare them and then apply theoretical knowledge to practical examples. In the second chapter, we examined the characteristics of commercial obligations. In the third chapter, which is called Breach of contract and its consequences, we described the concept and ways of breach of contract and the consequences flowing from that breach. These consequences are discussed in subsequent chapters. The most important result of breach of contractual obligation is damages, and therefore this issue will be a substantial part of the work. The final chapter is also part of the practical objectives of the work in which we applied the theoretical part of the topic to specific examples, and then used institutes were compared using values achieved in the previous chapter. To achieve the goal we use the method of analysis, in a practical part method of comparison.
