Abstract

This bachelor's thesis addresses the issue of internal communication within an organization and its impact on employee satisfaction. The aim of the thesis was to determine the level of employee satisfaction with the current state of internal communication and to identify measures that could contribute to improving communication effectiveness and more efficient handling of employee feedback. The theoretical part focuses on the importance of communication within an organization, communication channels, leadership influence, communication barriers, and factors affecting employee satisfaction. In the practical part, a questionnaire survey was conducted, the results of which revealed key areas where employees perceive shortcomings in communication. Based on these findings, recommendations are proposed to enhance internal communication and strengthen employee satisfaction.
