Abstract

Bachelor thesis deals with the planning of evacuation and emergency survival-level municipalities with extended powers. Planning is based on the natural flood in the river basin Ostravice. The theoretical part deals with the definition of tackle. The practical part deals with the comparison solution evacuation and emergency survival emergency plan in the Moravian-crisis plan of the municipality with extended powers Ostrava and Digital Flood Plan of the municipality with extended powers Ostrava. The aim is to unite and propose a structure evacuation plans and emergency survival.
