Využití prostředků z fondů Evropské unie na podporu vybavenosti základních škol ve Slovenské republice

Abstract

Táto diplomová práca sa zaoberá objasnením problematiky poskytovania dotácií z európskych fondov. Práca je rozdelená do piatich kapitol vrátane úvodu a záveru. Teoretická časť práce je venovaná legislatívnej úprave riadenia fondov Európskej únie, projektovému cyklu a procesu tvorby žiadosti o dotáciu. Praktická aplikácia nadobudnutých vedomostí je obsahom štvrtej kapitoly. Táto kapitola je zameraná na vypracovanie žiadosti pre nenávratný finančný príspevok z európskych fondov na učebné pomôcky v základných školách. V závere je popísané zhrnutie výsledkov práce, vrátane vlastného názoru na danú problematiku.

This master’s thesis deals with clarifying the issue of providing grants from European funds. The thesis is divided into the five chapters including the introduction and the conclusion. The theoretical part of the thesis is devoted to the legislative regulation of the management of the European Union funds, the project cycle and the process of creating the grant application. The practical application of the acquired knowledge is the content of the fourth chapter. This chapter is focused on drawing up an application for the irrevocable payment commitment of European funds for the teaching aids in basic schools. In the end there is a described summary of the thesis results, including the own view on the issues discussed.
