Finanční analýza společnosti Ostroj, a.s.

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá finanční analýzou společnosti OSTROJ a.s. za období 2009 – 2013. První část práce je věnována charakteristice společnosti, zejména jejím výrobním divizím. Po představení společnosti následuje teorie finanční analýzy popisující metody, které jsou dále aplikovány. V praktické části je zpracována vertikální a horizontální analýza, dále analýza poměrových ukazatelů a Du Pontův pyramidální rozklad. Výsledky analýzy jsou zobrazeny graficky a následně interpretovány. Závěr práce je zaměřen na celkové zhodnocení poznatků finanční analýzy a návrhy a opatření, které přispějí ke zlepšení finanční situace podniku.

This diploma thesis deals with the financial analysis of OSTROJ a.s. company for the period 2009 - 2013. The first part is devoted to the characteristics of the company, especially its production divisions. After the presentation of the company follows the theory of financial analysis describing the methods that are then applied. In the practical part there is carried out vertical and horizontal analysis, analysis of ratios and Du pont pyramidal decomposition. The results of the analysis are displayed graphically and then interpreted. The conclusion is focused on the overall assessment of knowledge of financial analysis and proposals and measures that will contribute to improve its financial situation.
