Ekonomické aspekty fungování městské policie v moderní společnosti

Abstract

The thesis focuses on the municipal police in the town of Most, its establishment, economic aspects of financing, activities and tasks. The first part describes the general purpose of the municipal police and the legislative framework of its functioning. The next part includes a basic economic analysis of its financing, an organization structure, and a scheme of budget proposal and approval procedure. Costs and yields are also stated. Furthermore, the development of the activities since the establishment up to the present is characterized. The last part is devoted to promotion and educational function of the municipal police. Finally, the municipal police operation is assessed.
