Blesková povodeň Hustopeče nad Bečvou 2009

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na zpracování a vyhodnocení informací o povodni v Hustopečích nad Bečvou dne 24. 6. 2009. V úvodní části jsou charakterizovány povodně, stupně povodňové aktivity, pojmy varování, evakuace a záchranné a likvidační práce. Obsahuje také charakteristiku městyse Hustopeče a toky, které se zde nachází. Praktická část informuje okrajově o povodních, jež v historii městys zasáhly, a z hlavní části o povodni v roce 2009, kterou způsobily přívalové deště. V této kapitole jsou obsaženy informace o meteorologické situaci a průběhu povodně, dále o způsobu varování, způsobu evakuace, činnostech složek IZS a činnostech povodňové komise městyse. V závěrečné části práce jsou vyhodnoceny získané poznatky a navržena opatření ke zlepšení ochrany před přívalovými povodněmi.

The Bachelor work specialises in processing and evaluating information about Hustopeče nad Bečvou flood, which was at 24th June 2009. The content of the first chapter characterises floods, the flood activity, the methods of warnings, evacuation and emergency and liquidating work. The Bachelor work contains the characteristic of the Hustopeče nad Bečvou streams. The practical part of the Bachelor work informs about the floods, which affected the town in the past and the flood in the last year, which was caused by rainstorm. This chapter contained information about the meteorological situation and the sequence of the flood, the method of warning, the method of evacuation, activity of Integrated rescue system and the Hustopeče nad Bečvou Flood Committee. The final part of the Bachelor work contains reclaimed findings and suggested measures to enhance before storms.
