Vývoj cen bytů v České republice v letech 1998 - 2008

Abstract

In the present work I processed an analysis of the development of apartment prices in the Czech Republic from 1998 to 2008. The first section explains the developments in housing types as well as types of ownership of the dwelling. The next section is processed to compare prices of dwellings in relation to average wages and unemployment rates in different regions of the Czech Republic from 1998 to 2008. Consequently, I analyzed the objectives of housing policy in the Czech Republic, and target development aid savings. Next are the direct and indirect forms of support for hosing policy, and finally a flat outlook for prices in the subsequent years.
