Abstract
The main purpose of this bachelor thesis is perform evaluation of financial situation of
a company that provides services in the road transport and also in the real estate market.
Financial situation of any company points to business efficiency by using possession or
financial business structures and strive to elimanate potential financial problems. This
financial analysis results are processed by analysis of absolute and proportion ratios
from basic financial statements. The conclusion of this thesis evalution of financial
situation of a company by bankruptcy prediction and credit risk models.
