Abstract

This bachelor's thesis deals with the analysis of the production process of the flange product in the company ERCE CZ, s.r.o. The aim of the work was to analyze production operations and identify areas for improvement. The theoretical part summarizes the starting points of the solved problem. In the practical part, the company was introduced and the individual stages of the production process were described. The result of the analysis of the production process is a recommendation that could help minimize the impact of the problem.
