Implementace PLM do procesu poptávky výrobního podniku

Abstract

The goal of the thesis is evaluating of benefits of PLM implementation to the production company enquiry process. The first part is consider on theoretical topics of business processes, process management and Product Lifecycle Management. Within the practical part there was introduced analyzed organisation including its process structure and selected process. For analyzed process the new criteria and the new way of evaluation of process indicators were suggested and new methodology for total process performance determination was suggested and tested. Objective and subjective benefits of PLM system in enquiry process were evaluated.
