Analýza systému odměňování zaměstnanců ve společnosti UNEX a.s.

Abstract

The thesis is intent on remuneration system of employee by theoretic and practical view. A theoretic part include and analyse conceptions as an employment, a leave, the working hours and the kinds of remunerations. The end of theoretic part include an income duty, a calculation of net income and a basic wage's accounting. A practical part is intent on introduction of company, historical development and present time, organizational structure, competition, suppliers and customers. It also include an attendance system, a scope of business, a system of wage and motivation, the bonuses and the advantages for staff in the company. A final part is intent on the economics indicators of company, the calculations of monthly wages of specific staff and the results are summarized by analysis and there are the proposals for improvement and modofication.
