Abstract

The subject of my thesis is International distributorship contract and its practical use in the company PBT Rožnov p.R., s.r.o. The aim of this work is to provide the most comprehensive look at theoretical and practical aspects of international distributorship contract and create a model analysis of international distributorship contract used in PBT Rožnov p.R., s.r.o. On the basis of acquired knowledge, then create a new model that would better suit the conditions set in international trade. In the beginning of my work I analyse the general issue of dealing with private law with an international element, with a particular focus on the collision method. The following section deals specifically with distributorship contract as a contract type. And in the end of this thesis I use my education and knowledge to create a kind of model international distributorship contract that would satisfy both conditions in the international business field, but also the needs of PBT Roznov p.R., s.r.o. company.
