Abstract
Graduation theses is engaged in financial analysis of the SEADON s.r.o. company and its following evaluation. The characteristics of the Company is captured in this thesis as well as theoretical determination of the financial analysis and subsequent application for the Company mentioned in period 2010 – 2015. The results of the analysis as well as recommended proposals and recommendations which should led to improvement of the financial health of the Company are summarized at the end of the Graduation thesis.
