Abstract
The aim of this diploma thesis is business plan’s treatment for establishing of a travel agency.
In the first theoretical-methodical part defines the basic concepts of the tourism industry, explains the importance and structure of the business plan and describes methods and methodologies used.
The practical part of the diploma thesis describes the current initial condition, and theoretical knowledge is applied to create a business plan according to the established structure. The selected methods analyze the business environment and the company's internal environment. Based on the results of these analyzes, a SWOT analysis is performed to determine the risks of the business plan. The last chapter of the thesis is devoted to the description of the plan of the establishing of a travel agency, including time requirements.
