Rekonstrukce a dodatečné zateplení bytového domu - stavebně technologický projekt

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá rekonstrukcí bytového domu a provedením kontaktního tepelně izolačního systému. Rekonstrukci představuje nástavba nad celým půdorysem stávajícího bytového domu. Nástavbou dojde k rozšíření stávajících bytových prostor o tři bytové jednotky. Praktická bakalářské část práce řeší technické a dispoziční řešení nástavby bytového domu. Dále byl v této části také zpracován stávající stav bytového domu. Teoretická část bakalářské práce řeší technologický postup provádění kontaktního tepelně izolačního systému. Cílem provádění kontaktního tepelně izolačního systému je úspora energie potřebné k vytápění objektu bytového domu a v neposlední řadě také oživení vzhledu objektu.

This Bachelor’s thesis is concerned with a reconstruction of an apartment building and design of a contact insulation system of the building. The reconstruction consists of superstructure on the whole ground plan of the given apartment building. With the superstructure, the current residential premises will be enlarged by three housing units. Practical part of the Bachelor’s thesis solves technical and dispositional solution of the superstructure of the apartment house. Furthermore, the current condition of the apartment house was compiled in this part of Bachelor’s thesis. Theoretical part of the Bachelor’s thesis is concerned with technological method of realizing of the contact insulation system. The goal of the contact insulation system is energy saving necessary for heating the apartment building and improving the look of the building, too.
