Motivace zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

The aim of my diploma thesis about the “Motivation of employers in the company” is to analyze motivation of workers in the conditions of the AUTO Heller ltd. Company. The analysis is provided by questionnaire research and I drafted an upgrade for the motivational strategy of the company based upon the information found in the questionnaire research. The first part contains basic characteristics of the company, summary of the theoretical terms which are connected with the problematic of the motivation of employees. The next part focuses on description of analysis of the present system of rewards and benefits which are offered by the company to its employees. I also present results of the questionnaire research aimed at the area of motivation and rewarding of employees and I also present concept of improvement of current company strategy.
