Rekonstrukce tercierního stupně drcení v kamenolomu Hrabůvka

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá změnou v technologické lince na úpravu drceného kameniva v kamenolomu Hrabůvka. Tato úprava má především přinést zvýšení tržeb a snížení provozních nákladů. V úvodu bakalářské práce je popsán kamenolom Hrabůvka z hlediska petrografie a historie. Následuje popis technologie těžby a úpravy rubaniny, která prochází třemi stupni drcení. Uvedeny zde jsou typy drtičů a třídičů použitých v technologické lince. Podrobněji se bakalářská práce zaměřuje především na terciérní uzel drcení a jeho rozsáhlou rekonstrukci. V závěru nechybí ani technické, ekologické a ekonomické zhodnocení tohoto řešení.

The bachelor thesis deals with the change of technological line for crushed stone treatment in Hrabůvka quarry. The primary goal of this adjustment is to increase revenues and reduce operating costs. The introduction of the bachelor thesis describes Hrabůvka quarry in terms of petrography and history. It is followed by the description of the mining technology and raw stone treatment, which consists of three stages of crushing. The types of crushers and separators used in the technological line are listed in this part. The thesis mainly focuses on the details of the tertiary crushing node and its extensive reconstruction. The conclusion contains the technical, environmental and economic assessment of this solution.
