Abstract
The main goal of this bachelor thesis is the analysis and design of changes to improve the system for the selection and evaluation of material suppliers in the company TATRA DEFENSE VEHICLE a.s. The theoretical part characterizes the purchase, selection, evaluation and qualification of suppliers. Furthermore, the theoretical part describes selected methods of multicriteria decision making. The practical part describes the current system in the company. The main content of the practical part is the analysis of the current system, subsequent evaluation and proposing changes to improve the current situation.
