Abstract

The aim of the bachelor thesis is analysis of customer satisfaction with cars of the companies Škoda Auto and Hyundai Motor Company. The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis describes the characteristics of the companies Škoda Auto a.s. And Hyundai Motor Czech s.r.o. There are also defined theoretical starting points and some basic concepts. In the practical part was realized the marketing research, which was carried out through electronic questioning. The main tool was a structured questionnaire. From the research were created suggestions and recommendations that could lead to increased customer satisfaction with cars of the companies Škoda Auto and Hyundai Motor Company.
