Vlastnosti galvanicky nanesených povlaků na magnetických materiálech typu NdFeB

Abstract

This thesis studies the properties galvanic coatings on magnetic NdFeB-type materials.The theoretical part is focused on the composition, properties and examples of the use of NdFeB magnet type. The experimental part of the thesis focuses on the electroplating (nickel, zinc plating) of these magnets in the shape of rollers and reference samples of low-carbon non-alloy steel (C10, 11321). In the experimental part of this work was to investigate the suitable types of deposited coatings and their properties. The comparison was also carried out in electroless nickel plating. The measured values were evaluated and processed into tables. During salt spray test the nickel coating test nickel coating did not provide necessary corrosion protection.
