Aspekty rozvoje sportovních organizací zaměřených na stolní tenis

Abstract

The topic of my bachelor thesis is: Development aspects of sport organizations focused on table-tennis. The main goal of this thesis is to analyze the two chosen sport organizations specializing in table-tennis, evaluate them and consequently choose appropriate recommendations for improvements in running these organizations. SKST Dubňany and table tennis club TJ Sokol Vracov have been chosen for the task. The theoretical part focuses on defining basic terms regarding the above mentioned problematics, e.g. division of sport organizations, their structure, financial resources and economical terms. The main focus of the practical part is the analysis of the two clubs, processing the questionnaire and the interview and last but not least making the SWOT analysis. At the end of this thesis the results of the research have been summarized and based upon this several recommendations for improvement have been given.
