Přeložka silnice II/443 v Oticích

Abstract

The subject of this diploma thesis is the processing of a proposal for relocation of the road II/443 in Otice. The primary reason for building a bypass of the built-up area is a quality improvement of traffic links in the surroundings of Opava and the connection to preparing south-west bypass in Opava. By the realisation of the bypass, not only the transit transport will be diverted, but also the target cargo transport going to the south-east part of the built-up area. The aim of this thesis is a verification of the original plans and their revision including the connection to the current transport infrastructure. The prospective solution for coordination with building a south-west bypass of Opava is also designed. Both options respect the defined corridor within the zoning plan and the Principles of territorial development of the Moravian-Silesian Region. The diploma thesis is composed in a detailed searching study including the proposal of crossroads and the assessment of building costs.
