Abstract

The thesis deals with the reconstruction of house services. This work focuses on insulation contact system with silicate plaster. All doors and windows in external walls are removed and replaced with new ones with triple insulation glass. Substructure to isolate nep foil and drain from ground moisture. Demolition work relating to the filling of walls, internal walls and ceilings. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is a text, which is prepared according to the law 499/2006 Coll. - „The documentation of buildings“. Parts of text section is the technological process of demolition work. The second part is practical and it contains drawings of demolition and new construction. Aim of the work is to upgrade according to the investor end reducing energy costs.
