Viladomy ve Frýdlantu nad Ostravicí

Abstract

This bachelor thesis is aimed on evaluation of unused undeveloped areas in the city centre of Frýdlant nad Ostravicí and to suggest an optimal usage for this very valuable place. The goal was to summarize theoretical solutions and put together pieces of knowledge about this area with its needs. The outcome is this work dealing with developing buildings for living – vilahouses. In the appropriate manner it’s trying to solve urbanistic sequence to surrounding buildings, maximum and purposeful usage of considered development area and for man comfortable dispositional solution of particular flats with satisfying typologic requirements and enabling view to outskirts and nature of nearby Beskydy mountains. Final work offers new and above standard place not for living only but for relaxation too.
