Analýza vzdělávacího procesu ve vybraném podniku

Abstract

This thesis deals with the educational process in a selected company. The aim was to analyse the established educational process and to find room for its possible improvement. The analysis was carried out by describing internal data, questionnaire survey and semi-structured interviews. The results of the analysis provided answers to the research questions set by the author and revealed weaknesses in the established system that could have an impact on its overall quality. In the conclusion, specific suggestions and recommendations are formulated, which are intended to assist the company to some extent in addressing these weaknesses.
