Abstract

This bachelor thesis is an analysis of the current state of recruitment and selection of employees in Hyundai Transys Czech, s.r.o. The first part of the thesis deals with the knowledge of human resources management and describes the process of employee search and selection. This part draws from the literature and explains relevant concepts related to the processes of employee recruitment and selection. The second part is practical and begins with an introduction to the company, including basic information about the company, their employees and a description of the organisational structure. This is followed by a section dealing with the current recruitment and selection process at Hyundai Transys Czech, s.r.o. - it indicates what resources are used for recruitment and how the whole recruitment process works.
