Zpracování simulačních úloh reálných automatizovaných procesů pro výukové účely

Abstract

This thesis presents the simulation of three real automated processes in order to create simulated tasks to support the teaching of automation. Specifically, the work focuses on the tasks of elevator, car wash and intersection, which are procedurally implemented in TIA Portal. The application designed to simulate the tasks is developed in C#. The interfacing of the PLC interface with the application is implemented through the Sharp7 support library. The work was developed to provide students with hands-on experience in programming and controlling automated systems in an industry standard environment. It also aims to provide an interactive visualisation environment for process simulation, which aids understanding of specific processes and their effective development.
