Management kvality v podmínkách vybraných statutárních měst

Abstract

Diploma thesis is deals with the problem: Methods of enhancing the quality of public administration with a focus on the model Common Assessment Framework, a method of benchmarking and its practical application in terms of selected statutory cities, specifically the Municipality of Karvina and the Municipality of Prerov. The aim of this thesis is to assess the benefits and possibilities of other methods, the Common Assessment Framework and Benchmarking in practice the Municipality of Karvina and the Municipality of Prerov from 2003 to 2010. Analysis of the results of the model Common Assessment Framework in selected organisations and the comparison of the parameters set in the fourth chapter of this thesis has fulfilled the aim of the thesis. For all the benefits we can mention, for example in the case of CAF fact that the evaluation carried out by the municipality's own employees, who are therefore familiar with the situation within the organization, ,the absence of external costs in applying the two methods, then develop action plans for improvement with a focus on problem areas identified self-assessment and the ability to compare the methods organizations use benchmarking in specific areas over a longer period of time. Methods of induction were derived positive and negative aspects of these two methods and their combinations.
