Behaviorálně orientovaný audit bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci ve strojírenské firmě

Abstract

This bachelor´s thesis deals with implementation of behavior-based audit of occupational safety and Health in an engineering company. These audits were implemented to decrease numbers of injuries in company, increase in efficiency of existing audits and general improvement of safety at company. The theoretical part is devoted to study of behavior-based auditing, the way of creating overall audits and functional using of these audits in practice. The practical part are these knowledges used to creating final implementing of audits. At the conclusion we could find evaluation of effectivity of new audits, comparison old and new way of audits after 6 months of introduce of practice.
